eurocrete WR is a lightweight trowel applied cove/wall render based on a liquid polyurethane resin system. Designed specifically for use with eurocrete polyurethane flooring in order to maintain the same standards of resistance to abrasion and chemical contact. It can be laid on 7 to 10 day old concrete and no priming or sealing of the substrate is required in most cases. Eurocrete WR in unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles and is resistant to intermittent live and is solvent free with low odor.
eurocrete WR is extremely strong and in most cases has physical properties which are approximately double that of concrete. eurocrete WR will tolerate a wild range of organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and salts. It has excellent impact and abrasion resistance, extremely high bond strength and is stable to steam cleaning.
eurocrete WR is used to form chemically resistance coving, fillets,gulleys, wall finishes and drainage systems. eurocrete WR is ideal in severe conditions where impact pressure, thermal shock and chemical exposure are expected. It is excellent for use in the processing areasof meat, poultry and dairy plants, bakeries, confectionery packaging,food warehouses, textile production, precious metal refineries, pharmaceutical facilities, freezers and refrigerated storage.
