Applications

HF (Hard Floor)

HF is the traditional two part mixture of liquids and stone aggregates. While we will lay our industrial floor between ¼ - 1 inch, to date, ¼ inch has sufficed for all applicable industries. The floor is finished by broadcasting a grit that makes for super aggressive, non-slip surface. Variations to the Hard Floor include a top coat (TF - see below) that is still anti-slip, but permits washing with a mop; sloping towards drains; and coving to seal the wall to the floor. (see Technical Data Sheet - HF at side bar)

Sloping (HF or concrete)

Some industries are mandated to have specified sloping detailed towards their drains. The use of both hand and power trowel allow us to meet stringent sloping criteria, such as the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), who require 1-1/4 inch every 6 feet, and without pooling.

Coving (HF)

Coving is a 45-degree, triangular detail, that seals the wall to the floor; and is minimal standard enforced by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. More elaborate cove details include partial foundation covering and entire wall rendering with multiple 45-degree coves if necessary.

Top-Coating (TF)

Top-coating (TF) is our thin-mil roll-on product. TF is fully capable as a stand-alone product to seal and protect floors and walls. When compared to other roll-on products, TF is both superior in product and price. In addition, TF is an eco-friendly product that emits zero VOC's. As a result, eurocrete's TF is a better product, at a better price, and without harmful odurs and chemicals. (Available in both a smooth and aggressive non-slip finish)

CR - Concrete Repair / Steel Protection

There are several reasons that make our polymer an ideal candidate for concrete repair. First the self-bonding feature means it does not rely on additional products for adhesiveness. This compliments the second, which is that our polymer’s long chemical chain allows it to flex, expand, and contract with the surrounding elements without cracking.  And thirdly, the fact that our products are impervious to moisture means it not only restricts moisture attacking our bond, but also the elements contained within it. (see Technical Data Sheet - HF, at side bar)

EM - eurocrete Membrane

eurocrete is certified by an independent body as impervious to moisture and resistant to virtually all chemicals, (see data sheets at side bar). These characteristics are the starting point of a good membrane; in addition to the fact that it is a self-bonding material to both concrete and wood. Proven applications include decks / patios and flat roof tops. (see Technical Data Sheets - HF or WR, at side bar)
